Here are my next 2 blocks for Scatty Christmas Stars. I've never done a BOM type quilt before and I am really enjoying making a quilt in bite-sized pieces. I am also enjoying all the different stars, and I want to thank Cathi for them. (She did all the stars, I'm doing the other bits later in the year to turn our scattered stars into a quilt.
Now I have to stop and cook dinner (well, I have to cook the potatoes - we're having salad) and once they're cooking I'll be popping in to see the rest of you.
Oh... how pretty those blocks are! Very nice...
ReplyDeleteI like your fabric choices and I like that yours and mine are so different. Everybody has such different choices and they are all wonderful. I hate to push time but I can't wait to see how they all turn out!
ReplyDeleteYour blocks are so pretty. And thanks Cathi for doing these stars.
ReplyDeleteLove your stars!!
ReplyDeleteI like your blocks and the look of this month's star pattern.
ReplyDeleteLovely stars, Sue - that rich blue looks almost velvety.
ReplyDeleteThis is a painless way to make a quilt isn't it? It is so much fun to travel around and look to see what everyone else is creating today.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Lynn! It's so much fun to see what all the girls all round the world are doing - from everybody's take on the scatty stars to the other 'craft' projects - I love it all!
ReplyDeleteI love the blue you are using for your stars.
