Poor(ly) me

Had you noticed how quiet I've been lately?  That's because I've got bronchitis and shingles.  To add to that, I've reacted badly to 2 different asthma inhalers recently, fingers crossed it'll be third time lucky, and I went for my annual eye check last week only to be told I'm developing cataracts in both eyes.  Just not my week/month/year so far is it?

Anyway, hopefully the antibiotics will sort out the bronchitis, paracetamol for the shingles, a new inhaler and carrots for the eyes will get everything sorted out.

Meanwhile, Happy St Patrick's Day.

  1. Crumbs Sue, that's miserable. I've heard shingles is extremely painful, I'm sure you can confirm that. Fortunately cataract ops are very routine nowadays. I hope you start feeling a bit better soon. Has Mr Fixit got a date for his gallstone op yet?

  15. Oh dear friendly friend. I was wondering about you and to read this. Golly I'm sorry to know of the news BUT the good side is I can put together a nice poultice for all that ails you. I'll work on that and ship it over in no time. Add to that the magical charms and witchy stew for you to ingest and I do think... well trust me, we'll kick this thing in no time! Your trusty buddy in Florida with nothing but the best of intentions... :)
