Who won?

Well, it is that time again.

What time? 

Time for coffee?

Time to go and sew?

Nope, it's time to announce the winner of Scrap Basket Surprises.

As you know, I love this book, and have made quite a few things from it.  I am sure the lucky winner will also love it.

I used Random.org to draw the winning number, and it chose no. 64,
