What a lot of firsts ....

The first time I've used my new robot, the MQR. I love it.  It's quicker, quieter and more accurate then the PCQuilter was.

The first time I've had the frame extended to 10 foot.  (I hope Bertha doesn't get travel sick.  It's a long way for her to travel on each pass!)
The first time I've used bamboo wadding. It gives a great result I think.

  1. What I wouldn't give to be able to quilt like that!! I've wondered what the bamboo wadding would be like but never tried it. Hugs

  6. How exciting. Technology is moving along so quickly I'm not surprised the MQR is a great improvement. I'm glad you're enjoying it and I'm looking forward to seeing all the quilts you quilt. Can we come visit and have a quilt party?? :o)

  13. Fun to see your new toy! I looked it up and what intrigued me is that it is supposed to do straight lines--that's a great tweak to long arming I think. I'd love to see when you do one with that too. I love the pattern you've chosen for this quilt. Lovely!
