Happy Fathers' Day

The guest of honour is due in about 30 minutes.

The card is written.

We're having spaghetti bolognese

followed by  rhubarb crumble, as they are two of his favourites.

So, what's my problem?

It's not Fathers' Day until NEXT Sunday!

  8. Ha ha, Sue -- me, too! My Little Sailor (somewhere in the Western Pacific) asked last weekend "when IS Father's Day, anyway," and I replied "Next Sunday!" Well, as they say, better early than never!

  13. I thought that Great Britain celebrates Father's Day a week earlier than we do, but no, you're just early. I'd eat the rhubarb crumble, for sure.

  16. You had me going there for a minute! I'm afraid the wedding preparations have taken over at the moment so I'd better remind the children before next week!
