Only I ...

... could be this stupid.

For the past 4 weeks I've been taking some knockout pills at night for my shingles.

They were so good that I only had 2 sleepless nights in that time, and that, for an insomniac, is amazing.  However, I have now finished them and last night was my first night without them so I wasn't sure how I'd get on, as I had been warned that they could be addictive.  So what happened?  I kept waking up wondering if I had slept!

  10. Oh no.. shingles... :( Hope you are feeling better. If you don't sleep in the nights, why not take a cat nap during the day? It works fine with me. :)

  12. a friend of mine did the insomnia thing for years, I use to joke that she needed to move to a different time zone. Finally her doc suggested a different time order for taking her meds and that seems to have worked. Don't remember what she was on or when she took what, just a thought. cw
