If I didn't know better, I'd think that Mrs Nomad could not
possibly be my daughter. Today she was telling me about something that happened that had stressed her out. So what do you suppose she did to calm herself down? Apparently she got out the Hoover and started vacuuming! That's just not normal is it?
No, no, no, absolutely, most definitely not. Take her to the Drs straight away!!!! :-) xx
ReplyDeleteWell, when I get angry - I clean like a tornado - guess I haven't been too angry lately!
ReplyDeleteI'd check with the hospital that they didn't accidentally swap a couple of babies at birth ...
ReplyDeleteCompletely NOT normal! A vacuum? Really? She couldn't think of *anything* else to relieve stress?
ReplyDeleteToo funny. I think they switch ours girls at birth - because that sounds like me!
ReplyDeleteSue, Hi there. I know that this is a little off topic, but I was wondering if you could tell me what quilting pattern you used on your tree quilt that you have pictured at the top of your blog. Thanks Rachel.
ReplyDeleteSounds normal to me. I jerk all the pots & pans out of the kitchen cabinets and loudly rearrange them.
ReplyDeleteNope, when stressed I sew, but I am sure more houseproud people then me would consider cleaning...but not me!
ReplyDeleteStay far, far away from her. It might be contagious!!
ReplyDeleteShe's normal! :) When I'm stressed, I either do some gardening, cleaning or sewing.
ReplyDeleteFrom the time I was a little girl my mother told me get busy with housecleaning whenever I was upset. I'm not sure if it was because she thought it would help my mood, or if she wanted to encourage housecleaning.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness...she wouldn't be my daughter...I eat when I'm stressed! But from reading all the other comments, she's definitely normal...giggle!
ReplyDeleteI must be weird cause I eat like a little piggy when I get stressed out or ticked off.
