I feel your pain-literally as I hurt my lower back this weekend. Weeding! I don't have to lie flat but I really can't do much-forced relaxation is quite stressful!! I hope we both recover quickly!!
Oh back pain is awful..so debilitating... I had back pain in January that floored me for almost three weeks... Not a twinge since..and no idea what caused it ...really hope you are over it soon... I tried bed rest...but it never improved..so resorted to taking Ibuprofen at the same time as a muscle relaxant..not sure what it would be called in your country but here it is known as Norflex Think the combination of max amount allowed per day of ibuprofen and norflex combined was the only thing that sorted it out for me.... A niece who is an athlete says that rubbing the painful places with ibuprofen gel works for her Anyhow that's my 2 cents worth and warm greetings from south africa That's my two cents worth and greetings from south Africa
Ouch, I know what it feels like. Personally I found that a box of fabric was the right size for proppring the laptop up on so I could see both the screen and the keys for one handed typing for those long 6 weeks on my back! Hope it all rights itself soon. x
Oh dear! I hope you feel better soon. On the brighter side - your vacation sounds like it was wonderful!! (Except for the scales. I'm fighting that right now too.)
Oh no! I'm still somewhat recovering from a bad back. I have been seeing a chiropractor for 2 weeks and she is a miracle worker for me. Feel better soon!!
Feel better soon! I have back troubles and I know how difficult it is. It's not like you can put it in a sling or try not to walk on it or something! Rest.
Oh dear, that's painful. Wishing you better soon. The good fresh air and stunning views and scenery of the Dales can help a bit...

ReplyDeleteBack pain isn't very fun. Hope you feel better soon. I do use Lidoderm patches (Rx) and they work great. You may want to ask your dr about them.
