If you with your experience can do that, what hope is there for the rest of us, Sue! Glad you spotted before it ended up in the centre of a quilt though.
Been there, done that! At least you caught it before you completed any more. I finished a table runner, binding and all. When I looked back at the pattern, I noticed a big oops. Let's just say, I took liberties with the pattern. It still worked.
HAHAHA - I think we have all been there - the human side of life!
ReplyDeleteI ripped the same block out three times yesterday! But I didn't take a picture.
ReplyDeleteA seam ripper is my friend!
ReplyDeleteOooops
ReplyDeleteIt took me a minute to see the "oops". I would have had it in the center of my quilt before I ever saw it! Better now than later.

ReplyDeleteAt least you saw it in time....you could always say it's a new block you have just designed.......hugs x
ReplyDeleted'oh!
ReplyDeleteAhhh you are a better woman than I am!! I would be saying a few $%*#@ words!! Yup...been there, done that! haha

ReplyDeleteSpending time with the frogs (rippit, rippit) is one of my favorite pasttimes. At least you found it early :)!

ReplyDeleteOh no! Love that center fabric though!
ReplyDeleteAwww, bless .........
ReplyDeletePS: how come it doesn't look like this on your re-inventing the wheel post?
ReplyDeleteYour seam ripper was feeling lonely and deserted.
